It might be worth doing a bit of research, but I think MOST people would be safe using these fonts in their work. However, if you were to outline the font before sending it, you've effectively converted it into something that is considered fair use. So if you purchased a font that had a non transferable license, you would be violating the license by sending the font to the print house to have them print it. From what I remember the last time I researched it, the law mainly covers the distribution of the font itself. It's sort of weird from a legal standpoint.
